Experience the volunteer community of America. In this hybrid course students learn about an American tradition: volunteering. Students select an approved community-based organization and volunteer in-person. Students will create a presentation about the community organization they selected and summarize their duties. This course involves research and capturing media clips during your volunteer experience. The final assignment is a video blog or postebroard about your experience. Students have 60 days to volunteer and create a presentation. Successful completion of the course requirements will earn the student 32 hours or 3.2 CEU’s.
